This treatment aims to melt away tension and stress. Hot Stone Massage Therapy uses the direct heat of... stones to access the deeper layers of your muscles, promoting better circulation throughout your body. The warmth and smoothness of the stones allows for a deeply relaxing experience.

Sports Massage:: Sports massage is proven to release and reduce tension in muscles, improve circulation and encourage the removal of waste products such as lactic acid during high intensity activity and can help to relax the body. All of this helps promote recovery and reduces the chance of muscle injury.

Professional and personable. I play on the PGA Senior tour and much to my surprise live within walking distance of this studio. As an athlete, my body has always been put through the test and her massage eases all I put it through. Cannot recommend enough!
