Overview

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and BodyWork. I have over 15,000 hours experience in massage therapy, treating athletes of every level. I am the personal massage therapist to many local area pro and amateur athletes.

Also, as a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner, I have great deal of experience helping repair injuries from playing sports, accidents, and over use. Plus I can help keep your tissue in better shape to help ensure less injuries...More in the future.

I use massage techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy and some swedish massage as well. I integrate hot towels and Thai stretching in most of my sessions too, to help you acheive your greatest potential with flexibility and range of motion. The looser you muscles are the less likely they are to be injured. I can help keep you at your peak performance.
