Hi! my name is Sara and I have been a massage therapist for over 15 years.
My goal for my clients I work on is to provide a relaxing enjoyable therapeutic wellness massage.
My areas of expertise are on pain management, trigger point therapy, relaxation, hot stone, reflexology, deep tissue, and Swedish massage.
My idea of a therapeutic massage is to listen and cater to the needs of the client and include all my areas of knowledge into the healing session.

Sara was amazing she used the perfect amount of pressure and skillfully worked through the knots in my shoulders and back. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated, with a noticeable decrease in the tension I had been experiencing.
