I was pleasantly surprised and his strength, coupled with a sincere level of kindness/tenderness. Today I had one of the best massages by Mark. He is very intuitive and was able to pinpoint all my trouble spots. Mark also provided excellent stretching exercise to help me avoid the reoccurring trouble I had with my back. I will be making another appointment with Mark when I visit Denver again.

After working with the same massage therapist for 15 years until she retired, I was hesitant about seeking out a new provider. However, after taking a 3 month layoff from the gym while I adjusted to a new corporate America job, I was in desperate need after two weightlifting sessions left my body crushed by the soreness that occurs after such a layoff. After scouring through various platforms and profiles, it was the kind, warm smile that made me say, "let's give Mark a try." When Mark arrived, his charm and personality gave me some much needed peace about starting over again. For me, it takes some level of immediate trust to relax with someone I don't know. It only took a few minutes before I felt like I was in safe hands. Not only was his technique good, he was responsive to my body tightening up at times. He was polite but had no qualms of saying, "you need to relax your arm" and then the same with one of my legs. Growing up a multi-sport athlete combined with sitting at a desk job for 20 years, I need someone with thoughtful skill. The lower back suffers from some lingering disc issues and the amount of lactic acid in the chest, triceps and legs put me in a tough spot. Mark addressed it all flawlessly. Note, it also doesn't hurt when there is good conversation and a devilishly handsome smile. After going without massage therapy for years (except for the rare one in a spa on vacation), I have found my new person. Mark, simply put, you are incredibly talented as masseuse and amazingly kind as a human.
