I am a trained professional in the area of massage therapy and yoga. My hand are magic I have been told. I owned two yoga studios in Canada And one in AZ desert called "Evolve" for a decade. I trained in massage in Pune India, Chiang Mai Thailand, South West Institute of Holistic studies (Tempe) , and at the International College of Holistic Studies in San Diego. I am a Master Reiki practitioner along with certification from all of my courses...More. I can work on you using trigger point therapy, and sports massage, anxiety/stress relief, balancing the chakras. I am certified as a yoga teacher from Yoga Hawaii in Honolulu.
