With almost 20 years of experience in massage therapy, I began my journey in Australia where my interest in massage therapy began while playing amateur Australian rules football. From my own experience of soft tissue and impact injuries, it led me to appreciate the benefits of bodywork. I began working closely with the club's physical therapist which led me to further my training.

For the past 10 years, I've called Chicago home, serving as both a personal trainer...More and massage therapist. My dedication to enhancing and fortifying the human body emanates through my work. I'm deeply passionate about helping clients overcome limitations, optimize performance, and attain holistic wellness.
