My name is Missy and I offer Massage, Yoga, Personal Training, and Fitness sessions. I've been in the health and wellness field for over 12 years and enjoy healing others. I have a background in Martial Arts.
I also offer four- handed massages and couples massages (provided by both myself and male partner). My goal for you is to provide relaxation, stress relief, and rejuvenation, while helping you gain flexibility to balance both mind and body.
