I offer a detailed Swedish style relaxation massage that does not have extreme deep pressure. I will hopefully surprise you with techniques you haven't experienced before. If you feel that to get out of pain you need to be put in pain, I would refer you elsewhere.

I also separately offer personalized holistic sessions which include various techniques & technologies. Options include breathwork, biofeedback, brainwave entrainment, pulsing light goggles, sound, tuning forks and more. My goal is for you to...More be less stressed, revitalized and more fully embodied. My holistic sessions are great if you are someone who lives too much in their head or you feel stuck in a rut.
