Welcome to Alden’s Massage Therapy, your destination for specialized care and healing in the Boston area. For over four years, I’ve proudly served this community, focusing on neuromuscular therapy to provide relief from chronic pain, muscle tension, and everyday stress. My practice offers customized treatments designed to support long-term wellness and comfort, blending advanced neuromuscular techniques with deep tissue and Swedish methods for a holistic experience.

As a certified neuromuscular therapist, I have a diverse background, including work... in physical rehabilitation and notable spas like Namaste Spa in Provincetown, where I refined my approach to both pain management and relaxation. My practice at 279 Massachusetts Ave is a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone, with a special dedication to serving the LGBTQ+ community.

Alden was born to relieve massive amounts of pain in others. What a gift. Before my massage with Alden, I got up & couldn't see well & I couldn't touch the floor, even after a long hot shower, due to a 21-year-old spinal cord Injury. After an hour on his table, my sight came back & my pain levels hit the floor, And I could touch it again. My prescription pain meds don't do that for me. And my Dr gives whatever is required. If you live in pain, you owe it to yourself to try this guy.

Alden gives an amazing massage. He has an intuitive touch. He finds the problem areas and goes right to work on them. I have been seeing him for over a year and am very pleased with my results.
