I am a NYS licensed massage therapist with 25 years of experience in health & wellness (I'm also a certified yoga instructor, meditation teacher & energy worker). I'm continually refining my own style which intuitively combines many disciplines, including: deep tissue, myofascial release, triggerpoint, Shiatsu, Swedish, Thai & energy work. I'm both strong & very sensitive. I customize the session based on what you're asking for and what your body tells me. I offer therapeutic massage only, but more than a massage, it's an experience.
