My general body massage includes massage of the head, neck-collar area, and back. I use various techniques to work out body parts. Therapeutic massage is a treatment method aimed at working out the soft tissues of the body. Relieves pain, improves blood circulation, relaxes muscles. I use different body parts. Typically massage involves stroking, rubbing, kneading, tapping or vibration. massage involves mechanical action on the surface of the body.
