My goal is to give you a therapeutic massage that leaves you relaxed and reduced stress levels.
Whether you are stationary or active, I customize the massage for yourself and your targeted areas are most important to me.

My background consists of a Degree is in Exercise Physiology where I first learned about Deep Pressure Massage. I learned how massage can take a muscle in spasm or with a severe knot and alleviate that down into a relaxed muscle thus...More helping you feel relaxed and pain free.

I enjoy hearing from my clients the next day on how well they slept and requesting another massage.

My massage studio is located in Southern Orange County with an oversized Massage Table and massage Cream.
