I provide the highest bodywork treatments customized to your individual needs and improving how you feel and function. I am motivated by the transformations I’ve witnessed and experienced in optimal health restoration through massage therapy.

I have been operating as a mobile MT since 2020 while also working directly with Orlando’s best doctors of chiropractic and acupuncture. My background includes traditional techniques like Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Thai, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Sports, Medical, and Reflexology. I regularly utilize aromatherapy, cupping, and muscle scraping tools to create your perfectly customized therapeutic experience.

I am also trained in Craniosacral Therapy by Upledger Institute International, and have volunteered with Upledger Foundation’s Veterans Therapy Program, a five-day multi-disciplinary treatment program for military veterans with PTSD. This specialty helps with chronic pain, nervous system dysfunction and restoration, anxiety, depression, migraines, and jaw pain. This modality works with the craniosacral rhythm, cerebrospinal fluid, and the body’s innate healing wisdom.

My goal is to optimize each client’s experience and quality of life in the time we have together. I have devoted much of my time and knowledge in exercise, yoga, nutrition, and healing in order to expand my repertoire of wellness.
